Coronavirus Information from SETA
Important APPRENTICE Update - 31 December 2020
In order to make preparations for a safe return to training, SETA will be closed to apprentices on Monday 4th January 2021. This only includes apprentices attending training, those attending on a 'day release' and to all candidates attending our BTEC/HNC courses.
The closure is necessary to enable SETA to digest new government guidance of further education and training regarding tightening of Covid-19 measures.
We aim to re-open our Training Centre on Tuesday 5th January assuming there are no further changes to the current guidelines.
Employers have been sent this information via e-mail and apprentices via the SMS system in place.
Please note that our Pre-AM2 course and AM2 assessment is running as planned.
On-line learning and remote education
In the event individual(s) need to self-isolate, SETA is able to switch to remote package of learning for as long as reasonably practical.
Tier Restrictions - this page is updated regularly when the tiers are reviewed by the government
To manage outbreaks of Covid-19, suppress the virus and keep the ‘R’ number below 1, the government is committed to ensuring the right levels of intervention are in the right places across England.
