OVERVIEW
A comprehensive two-day programme designed to provide:
• A practical understanding of mentoring essentials (including mentoring vs coaching)
• A range of tools and techniques to build a successful mentoring relationship
• An understanding of the wider context of mentoring in order to develop work-ready and world-ready mentees.

 TARGET AUDIENCE

The programme is largely aimed at individuals who are new to mentoring or are early-stage managers, team leaders or supervisors within their organisations. It is envisaged that the majority of delegates will mentor apprentices but this is not an exclusive requirement of the programme.

 ABOUT THE TRAINER

Roopa Master-Coles, Engagement and Inclusion Manager at SETA, has 20 years’ experience of mentoring and coaching individuals from a variety of backgrounds, and over 30 years’ experience in the field of social justice. She is a specialist in working with people facing multiple barriers. Enterprise coaching (supporting people into economic activity) is a key interest, championing social entrepreneurs through coaching and mentoring is a key passion and bringing the best out of people is a key purpose.
