BTEC / HNC / HND Tutor
SETA is currently looking to recruit a person to join our friendly professional team to deliver learning to apprentices on our rapidly expanding BTEC and HNC/HND knowledge qualifications.
Ideally, you will have served an apprenticeship and held a professional career within the engineering sector. You will need to hold professional teaching/training qualifications and engineering professional qualifications to at least the level of training being delivered as well as demonstrating you hold a range of practical skills akin to an engineering environment.
You will have demonstrated a proven track record of success working in an educational sector, hold the vocational competence and knowledge delivering learning to apprentices.

Board of Trustees Members
SETA is seeking representatives from our member companies to join our Board of Trustees.
SETA has been delivering engineering apprenticeships and training for over 50 years. This includes theoretical and practical workshop training, as well as bespoke flexible solutions geared around our customers needs.
Our instructors and assessors have years of industry experience behind them to impart to our learners.
Our learners span all stages of their careers from apprentices just starting off, to professionals requiring CPD and upskilling to stay at the top of their game.
Our apprenticeships consistently perform above the national average and compare favourably against other immediate providers in the area.*
We want to continue to deliver engineering excellence and to achieve this, we want to bring together the best of our sector and work collaboratively with our partners, key stakeholders and employers to take us forward.

If you are willing to draw upon your industry background, share your knowledge and expertise, it will help ensure our provision continues to be relevant to the sector.
Our Board of Trustees is comprised of non-executive directors representing member companies and executive directors from SETA and maintain the objectives of the charity and oversee the legal and fiduciary activities of the company. The liability of members on the Board is limited to £20.00.
