We are currently recruiting for the following:
BTEC / HNC TUTOR MECHANICAL
SETA is currently looking to recruit a tutor to join our friendly professional team to deliver technical training to apprentices on our rapidly expanding BTEC and HNC knowledge qualifications.
Ideally, you will have served an apprenticeship and held a professional career within the engineering sector. You will need to hold professional teaching / training qualifications and engineering professional qualifications specifically in welding and mechanical subjects to at least the level of training being delivered as well as demonstrating you hold a range of practical skills akin to an engineering environment.
You will have a proven track record of working in an educational sector demonstrating the vocational competence and knowledge delivering learning to apprentices.

WORKPLACE ASSESSOR - ELECTRICAL
SETA is currently looking to recruit a Workplace Assessor to join the Work Based Learning Team.
The successful candidate will manage a caseload of both apprentice and commercial learners. As a consequence you will be required to plan and schedule visits to employers to maximise candidate assessment opportunities, and to provide ongoing support and feedback to employers.
This role will be to support, monitor and visit apprentices and commercial customers, train and assess in the workplace and effectively participate in and comply with all aspects of Awarding Organisation and SETA Quality Assurance processes.
Ideally you will have served as an apprentice and held a professional career within the engineering sector.
