ExxonMobil Fawley

ExxonMobil one of the worlds largest, publicly traded energy providers and chemical manufacturers, develops and applies next generation technologies to help safely and responsibly meet the worlds growing needs for energy and high quality chemical products.

At ExxonMobil Fawley our Apprentices are hugely important to the success of the business.  Apprentices bring with them new ideas, enthusiasm and fresh eyes.  They explore and question traditional ways of working that stimulate conversation sometimes resulting in new and improved efficient work practices.

Our apprentices develop and acquire skills through training and experience.  Knowledge and behaviours also progress  as they  become trusted and valued employees.   The investment made in initially training the apprentices is key to nurturing contributing employees of the future.  This, coupled with ongoing training and development opportunities underlines ExxonMobil’s commitment to its staff.

On our video case studies page you will find four short videos following apprentices from different trades that are all working for ExxonMobil, Fawley.

Alternatively you can read about the different career paths and trades that apprentices that work for ExxonMobil do.
